Amber is the 44 million-year-old fossilized resin of the Sciadopityaceae species of conifer trees. It is thought that as earth's climate warmed, resin from these trees oozed, then hardened through oxidation. Inclusions were created when insects, plants & animals became trapped inside the hardening resin.
Our amber collection originates from the Baltic region -- modern-day Kaliningrad, Russia. Wearing amber means wearing a piece of geologic history.
Amber color significance:
Cognac - knowledge, career
Green - health, balance
Citrine - harmony, health
